Elegant Coloring Rice With Rubbing Alcohol. Web for each rice color. Spread the colored rice out on a baking sheet and let it to dry.

Color rice shake and ‘knead’ to blend thoroughly. Place it in a sunny location to dry for at least 30 minutes, or until no more moisture remains. Continue adding food coloring until the rice is the color you want.
