If the image is in color, choose image > mode > grayscale. Click the revert button to undo the applied changes. Choose enhance > colorize photo.
Four color options will appear in the panel on the right. You can turn into a coloring page any drawing, image or photo (that you found on the internet or that you have drawn and scanned). Import a photo to colorize.
