Web lunapic is basically a free online photo editing web app that includes a feature that lets you make coloring books. Then, a custom algorithm will convert that colored image into outlines that are good for coloring. Web all you do is pick a photo from your camera and the app creates the coloring page image and lets you save it or share it.

Give your new coloring page a name and, in the save as type drop down, select jpg jpeg. Choose which detailed line drawing on the left sidebar. Then use the right side editor option to draw more.
